Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • •Follow Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance
  • •Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPIs using sales-driven techniques
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness standards
  • •Learn and assist in various store departments such as consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older
  • •Have at least 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
  • •Be able to work a rotational shift schedule, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
  • •Have basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email) and operate a retail point of sale (POS) system
