Job Summary

Lead end-to-end customer deployments of AI-powered voice agents, from discovery and requirements gathering through production launch. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to design conversational workflows, automation strategies, and deployment architectures. Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and operators, build ROI models and business cases, and translate customer feedback into actionable product recommendations. Develop repeatable deployment playbooks to help enterprises deploy voice AI at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end customer deployments from discovery through production launch, including project execution, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
•Partner with customers to understand business goals, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable AI-powered workflows.
•Serve as a subject matter expert in the platform, voice AI best practices, and LLM prompting techniques.
•Design conversational workflows, automation strategies, and deployment architectures that deliver measurable business outcomes.
•Partner with Sales and internal teams to scope solutions, coordinate deployments, communicate progress/risks, and translate feedback into product recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 260,000 annually

•Experience in deployment, implementation, solutions consulting, product management, forward-deployed engineering, or other customer-facing technology roles.
•Ability to write requirements, implementation plans, PRDs, or project specifications.

•Strong communication skills to build credibility with executives, operators, and technical teams in customer-facing settings.
•Comfort working in ambiguous environments while owning outcomes from strategy through execution.
