Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the AI platform, including the AI orchestration layer, AI agent frameworks, LLM integrations, and model routing infrastructure; shape roadmap, budget, and build-vs-buy decisions.
  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, balancing scope, timeline, and quality across cross-functional teams.
  • •Manage vendors for AI and cloud services, negotiating contracts, SLAs, and budgets and monitoring performance.
  • •Drive change management and adoption, managing stakeholder expectations and embedding AI capabilities sustainably.
  • •Lead responsible AI governance and compliance (EU AI Act, GDPR) and define architecture standards for orchestration and agent design; review proposals without hands-on development.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or equivalent.
  • •9–10 years in product and tech, including at least 3 years in AI product/platform ownership or management.
  • •Experience in a consulting environment for at least 3–5 years.
  • •Practitioner with frontier systems such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, including advanced features (e.g., Claude Cowork, Codex, NoteBookLM).
  • •Familiarity with AI orchestration platforms and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Azure AI Foundry) and LLM-based solutions as a decision-maker, not an engineer.
