Job Summary

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and drive planning, execution, and optimization of projects across the organization. Partner with the Founder and multiple teams to translate strategic goals into actionable programs, develop KPI dashboards, and deliver insights that guide growth at our Stuttgart HQ. Demonstrate independence, initiative, and strong collaboration to push initiatives from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Strategic Project Delivery: Independently lead initiatives from conception to implementation, owning the full project, managing timelines, resources, and risks to translate goals into tangible results.
•Process Optimization & Efficiency: Analyze workflows across the organization to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions, acting as an internal consultant to reduce administrative friction.
•Cross-Functional Bridge: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain alignment across projects and ensure seamless information flow.
•Insights & Reporting: Translate complex data into actionable insights and prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards to support decision-making.
•Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with the Founder, Founders Associate, and multiple teams to align on priorities and drive strategic initiatives across departments.
