Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a project engineering team member for customer design, architecture, integration, implementation, testing, reference architectures, sizing, migration, and tooling.
  • •Provide case-initiated consultative support for strategic users, customers, and prospects across onboarding, implementation, production launches, and POCs.
  • •Deliver architectural, technical, and migration assistance through hands-on work for customer engagements.
  • •Handle Support L1 to L3 cases and customer communications when not actively assigned to customer projects.
  • •Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales on product roadmap and account plans; create technical content and assist with hiring and mentoring.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Support, Technical Accounts Management, Engineering/SRE, and/or Project Management roles.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience implementing, operating, and/or supporting scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed DBMS.
  • •Technical breadth in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS platforms, distributed systems, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, and system/network administration.
  • •Experience leading and shipping large-scope technical projects with multiple experienced engineers.
  • •Expertise with a public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-a-service offerings (e.g., EC2).
