Job Summary

Oversee procurement, sourcing and contract administration for data center campus projects, acting as the client representative across multiple campuses. Lead project-level procurement activities for GCs, AE, CxA, cost management and PM services, coordinate with regional teams (EMEA & APAC), and drive continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide procurement management across campus delivery teams, ensuring procurement events are planned, resourced and tracked.
•Lead and manage RFP processes, including preparation of contracting strategy and evaluation of proposals.
•Oversee contract administration and lifecycle management, including change orders and close-outs, in collaboration with project teams and suppliers.
•Coordinate with stakeholders (GCs, AE, CxA, PM) and attend regular meetings to align procurement activities with project schedules.
•Support continuous improvement of procurement procedures and tools, and ensure compliance with client policies.

•7+ years experience in Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quantity Surveying or equivalent; experience in the construction industry.
