Senior Automation Engineer

Build and qualify automated lab systems and protocols that translate scientific workflows into robust automation capabilities. You’ll design and iterate workcells and liquid-handling processes, develop QC metrics, and partner with the LIMS team to automate data capture and integration into AI/ML pipelines. Working closely with systems engineering and scientific partners, you’ll troubleshoot mechanical and software integration issues, reduce downtime, and improve how automation solutions are tested and deployed.
