Key Responsibilities

•Lead and grow the Energy practice in Eastern Canada, acting as Technical Market Leader for Energy and reporting to the VP-Energy
•Oversee key projects and client engagements within the Energy Group, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality deliverables
•Provide governance on Energy jobs including quality and leadership on proposals, and collaborate with internal departments and subconsultants
•Mentor and coach Energy staff to build capabilities and sustain a high-performance team
•Develop and maintain client relationships, drive business development, and anticipate organizational resource needs to enable change

Key Requirements

•18 years of experience in energy with at least 10 years in a leadership role
•hands-on experience with project delivery
•engineering degree in a related discipline or technical diploma
•proven business development experience with an existing network in the Eastern Canadian energy market (Ontario, Quebec, Atlantic provinces)
•P.Eng. or P.Tech. designation is an asset; bilingual in French and English is an asset
