Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day support for enterprise servers and systems, including Active Directory, Citrix, Microsoft SQL, file servers, and Exchange 2019 hybrid with O365.
  • •Coordinate, plan, and communicate IT projects, documenting changes to server systems.
  • •Design, develop, and implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity processes, procedures, and infrastructure; participate in DR exercises.
  • •Maintain and support security policy and procedures, including supporting information security performance metrics and compliance recommendations.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance planning and execute software/hardware upgrades, patch management, and firmware upgrades; provide on-call infrastructure support as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • •MCSA: Windows Server or MCSE: Server Infrastructure, or MCSE (or comparable) preferred.
  • •Citrix CCA, CCAA, CCEE, or CCIA preferred.
  • •7+ years Enterprise Data Center and Server experience and 7+ years Enterprise Windows Administration.
  • •PowerShell or VB proficiency, plus experience with backup and recovery, virtualization, and security tooling.
