Job Summary

Support mission-critical satellite ground system operations as part of the Systems Integration and Test organization. Manage software and system installations, monitor availability/health/performance, troubleshoot anomalies, and drive recovery to maintain readiness. Produce recurring operational reporting, participate in technical interchange and operational reviews, coordinate cross-functional execution, and provide occasional off-hours 24/7 support while ensuring mission priorities are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage baseline software and system installations into operational environments.
•Monitor, track, and report system availability, health, and performance metrics.
•Troubleshoot operational issues, investigate anomalies, and support system recovery efforts.
•Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc availability and performance reports for leadership and government customers.
•Support 24/7 operational activities, including occasional off-hours call-in support as required.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
•Active and transferable TS/SCI security clearance with a current Polygraph is required prior to start date.
•Experience supporting systems engineering, operations, or maintenance activities for complex software or hardware systems.
•Experience troubleshooting complex systems, performing root cause analysis, and supporting operational recovery efforts.
•Experience working independently while making sound technical decisions in an operational environment.
