  • •Supervise and coordinate supplier activities for prefabrication, fabrication, and construction of modules in San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD), Italy.
  • •Coordinate construction execution with supplier and workers’ foremen, ensuring schedule delivery in safety, quality, and time.
  • •Ensure construction work is correctly prepared prior to activities and participate in construction process support during execution.
  • •Monitor and develop regular process redesigns in response to changes or management needs, and drive process improvement.
  • •Support site QA/QC with non-conformance reports and corrective actions, and coordinate with customer representatives and subcontractors to resolve field problems.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or equivalent and relevant professional qualifications.
  • •Deep knowledge of workplace health and safety standards and experience ensuring safety compliance.
  • •Experience in production environment/operations management/construction activities.
  • •Proven experience with fabrication, welding (including dimensional controls), and painting supervision, including NDT requirements, in the O&G industry.
  • •Extensive knowledge of quality standards (AWS, ASME, API) and NDE methodologies, plus communication skills in English and Italian.
