Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise Italian leadership on organisation design, workforce planning, capability building, and succession across both companies
  • •Coach managers and support performance, absence, and team development, and deliver local performance/engagement/talent review cycles
  • •Manage employee relations cases end to end, partnering with external counsel when needed
  • •Run HR operations for both entities, including employee lifecycle administration (contracts, amendments, exits, and Comunicazioni Obbligatorie/UNILAV)
  • •Coordinate monthly payroll with an external provider and ensure compliance with Italian labour law and related obligations, maintaining accurate Workday reporting

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of HR experience in Italy covering both business partnering and hands-on operations
  • •Solid command of Italian labour law, CCNL application, payroll, and industrial relations across more than one legal entity or in a manufacturing/production environment
  • •Fluent Italian and professional English, able to work daily with EMEA and US colleagues
  • •Hands-on, multi-site remit with comfort moving between leadership discussions and payroll detail
  • •Confident with HR systems and Excel, translating people data into practical recommendations
