Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform installation and ongoing support for IT/telecom systems and applications.
  • •Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix system errors both remotely and on-site.
  • •Configure, maintain, and handle data backup for supported systems.
  • •Troubleshoot and configure network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, WLAN/access points) and address data-center environment incidents.
  • •Ensure quality/service standards, provide remote support escalation for Level 1–2 engineers, and create technical/business documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training as Fachinformatiker Systemintegration or comparable qualification.
  • •Several years of experience in a similar position.
  • •Strong knowledge of Alcatel-Lucent Unified Communication & Collaboration and hands-on manufacturer experience.
  • •Ideally ACFE or ACSE certification (Alcatel-Lucent).
  • •Experience configuring network devices (routers, switches) and practical networking experience (including data center/structured cabling).
