Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discussions with clients to determine design criteria such as budgets and preferences.
  • •Coordinate with concept design teams and refine selected design options into schematic and draft final designs with required drawings and reports.
  • •Coordinate across design specializations (e.g., Structural, Mechanical, Water & Environment) to align requirements across all design stages.
  • •Review and validate design deliverables with Project Managers, capture client/authority feedback, and obtain approvals as needed.
  • •Support tender document development by partnering with Quantity Surveying on specifications, Bills of Quantities, and Conditions of Contract, including tender process support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
  • •A Master’s Degree in Architecture or related field preferred.
  • •8+ years of industry experience in an architectural design role.
  • •Proven experience developing architectural designs for large, complex projects and strong knowledge of architectural design.
  • •Understanding of international engineering standards and codes, plus strong communication and leadership/problem-solving skills.
