Key Responsibilities

•Hire and develop a strong team, conduct reviews and performance evaluations, train employees, provide guidance, and document improvements.
•Manage branch operations to maximize financial success, conduct monthly P&L reviews, identify revenue opportunities, and monitor business trends.
•Monitor metrics such as equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, billed hours, aged receivables and customer satisfaction.
•Communicate effectively with team and management to ensure alignment and timely information flow.
•Establish realistic, measurable goals and clear expectations for team members, driving performance and accountability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 105,000 annually
