Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership for bring-up and optimization of new coherent transceiver designs, including operating condition optimization for optical and electrical components.
  • •Guide test results and integration across integrated optics, high-speed electronics, and DSP to maximize performance while minimizing size and power.
  • •Design and execute DVT to verify coherent transceivers meet optical specifications across operating conditions such as temperature and power levels.
  • •Develop calibration and test procedures to maintain high transceiver performance across temperature, production variation, ageing, and power levels.
  • •Partner with operations to transition calibration procedures and production tests into high-volume manufacturing and improve yield through robust testing procedures.
