•Located in or willing to relocate to the geographically assigned market territory (At Home first role).
•Currently in an individual contributor/concierge role with a New Consignor goal for at least 1+ years, and hit or exceed unit quota and New Consignor goals for the past 1+ years.
•Strategic networking skills to develop, execute, and analyze a local marketing plan, with a proven track record pitching partnership and event concepts.
•Ability to manage a flexible schedule, work weekends/evenings as needed, and travel up to 75% within the assigned area.
