Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform end-to-end testing, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and repair/diagnose HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations or the depot.
  • •Coordinate with team leaders and customers by reviewing building layouts, gathering materials, and synchronizing on-site work.
  • •Follow blueprints or engineering specifications and use tools and technology to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
  • •Enforce safety standards, maintain security/accountability of company assets, and handle schedule flexibility including overtime and occasional overnight stays.

Key Requirements

  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with a hand-held computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •EPA certification preferred (e.g., HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer).
  • •Ability to safely and legally operate a vehicle and wear required safety PPE for physical work.
