Support M&A transactions end to end by preparing pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations, and other client materials. Execute day-to-day deal work, build financial models, and conduct financial and industry analysis. Perform due diligence, documentation, and negotiation support for live transactions, while coordinating with clients, internal teams, legal advisors, and accountants. Analyze market trends and conduct market research, working closely with senior bankers on origination and execution.
