•Own the French employment law and compliance for France, including contracts, works council obligations, terminations and leave entitlements; ensure audit-ready documentation.
•Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for direct employees and assigned EOR markets—onboarding, offboarding, contracts, payroll inputs, and benefits coordination.
•Build and maintain SOPs, templates, and playbooks to enable scalable, compliant People Ops delivery; manage EOR partner relationships.
•Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees on People matters with clear, empathetic communication.
•Identify operational gaps and lead cross-functional People Ops projects (HRIS improvements, onboarding revamps, policy rollouts) and maintain high-quality People data.
