Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the French employment law and compliance for France, including contracts, works council obligations, terminations and leave entitlements; ensure audit-ready documentation.
  • •Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for direct employees and assigned EOR markets—onboarding, offboarding, contracts, payroll inputs, and benefits coordination.
  • •Build and maintain SOPs, templates, and playbooks to enable scalable, compliant People Ops delivery; manage EOR partner relationships.
  • •Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees on People matters with clear, empathetic communication.
  • •Identify operational gaps and lead cross-functional People Ops projects (HRIS improvements, onboarding revamps, policy rollouts) and maintain high-quality People data.
