Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Managing Director in developing and maintaining a portfolio of Private Equity and Venture Capital clients.
  • •Provide senior oversight across the client portfolio and act as the escalation point on complex credit and legal issues.
  • •Lead end-to-end execution and ongoing maintenance of Fund Finance facilities for high-profile clients.
  • •Collaborate with internal Origination and Coverage teams to deliver exceptional client service.
  • •Guide and develop junior team members through coaching, management, and training across the Debt Finance role.

Key Requirements

  • •Very strong Fund Finance experience, including credit, structuring, and legal documentation experience.
  • •Knowledge of FX and typical Fund Finance structures at both Fund and Manager level.
  • •Proficiency with Excel and CRM systems.
  • •Experience running multiple workflows across a fast-moving portfolio, managing deadlines and delegation.
  • •Strong understanding of the VC/PE industry and underlying finance solutions.
