Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and modify BIM models, drawings, and project documentation throughout design and construction phases.
  • •Work closely with BIM technicians, designers, and engineers to produce accurate models supporting project objectives and KPIs.
  • •Assist with creating and modifying 3D models, renderings, and visual content for presentations, proposals, and client deliverables.
  • •Support BIM standards, processes, and coordination activities while building technical capability in a collaborative team environment.
  • •Provide Building Services BIM modelling support within a multidisciplinary design services team for client projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical qualifications from an approved TAFE or educational institution, or relevant Building Services industry experience.
  • •Essential experience using Autodesk Revit within a Building Services environment.
  • •Prior exposure to Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, and/or Hydraulic Building Services projects is highly regarded.
  • •Ability to produce accurate BIM models and documentation under guidance with strong attention to detail.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and BIM stakeholders.
