Lead Field Service Technician - Security

Respond to and resolve security service calls for Honeywell customers across Eastern Ontario, providing software and hardware support to remote deployment teams. Analyze system logs, perform routine audits, and help maintain system uptime and efficiency for life safety, fire, and security installations. Support upgrades and life cycle management, maintain accurate records and documentation, and lead customer/internal recurring meetings while building expertise in Honeywell solutions.
