Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the application development lifecycle from conception through operations and retirement, including dependency management.
  • •Manage centralized project and service delivery across ERP systems through accountable leadership of teams.
  • •Define standards and take accountability for modern SAP platforms: SAP HANA, SAP BTP, SAP IBP, and SAP EWM.
  • •Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the ERP ecosystem by exploring new trends and delivering cost-effective solutions.
  • •Lead the SAP ERP Platforms team, including career development, competency building, budget management, and hiring/resource planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate/Post Graduate with 14 to 16+ years of experience in SAP ERP/Software Development and People Management.
  • •Deep knowledge and proven delivery experience in SAP BTP, SAP IBP, or SAP EWM.
  • •Strong understanding of SAP Cloud Development practices, S/4HANA, and modern software engineering principles including DevOps.
  • •Extensive experience delivering ERP initiatives using Agile/collaborative ways of working and MVPs at scale.
  • •Proven leadership track record in building teams, delivery/project management, and resolving complex organizational and technical roadblocks.
