Job Summary

Own end-to-end OTC release management and regression testing for planned releases, enhancements, fixes, and projects across Supply Chain applications. Review release scope and technical changes, build regression test strategies and scenarios, manage test data and execution cycles in TestRail (and related tools), and coordinate cross-functional regression activities. Ensure regression coverage, defect tracking, and go-live readiness through MTP validation, impact/risk assessments, and stakeholder reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive end-to-end OTC regression testing and release management for planned releases, enhancements, fixes, and projects.
•Review release scope, technical changes, business requirements, and solution design with development and functional stakeholders.
•Develop regression test plans/strategies and maintain regression test scenarios and test cases for end-to-end OTC processes and integrations.
•Set up, validate, and maintain required test data in test environments and manage test cases/execution cycles in TestRail and other tools.
•Manage release readiness (test planning, deployment support, go-live readiness reviews, stakeholder communications) and lead move-to-production readiness with post-production validation.

Key Requirements

•Strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and related Supply Chain business operations.
•Hands-on experience in regression testing, UAT, release management, and production deployment support.
•Proven ability to develop test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data strategies.
•Strong working knowledge of TestRail and tools such as JIRA, SAP, OIS, OSS, EClaims, and 3W.
•Ability to understand technical solution designs and translate them into effective testing strategies.
