Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions by owning end-to-end service delivery.
  • •Establish project success criteria and manage governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Produce detailed project plans, lead cross-functional project teams, and facilitate change control.
  • •Monitor and advise on project performance and finances, including progress reporting and formal updates to stakeholders.
  • •Support marketing and business development through opportunity identification, bid documentation, and maintaining project case study records.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch in Civil, with a post-graduate qualification in a relevant field being an added advantage.
  • •5–10 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
  • •Relevant experience working for a construction consultancy in India and degree education in a relevant construction subject.
  • •Ability to demonstrate consultancy experience and good technical skills.
  • •Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
