Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute a targeted vertical GTM strategy for North American P&C and L&A sub-segments, translating claims workflows into systems architecture requirements.
  • •Lead verticalization of core IT and ops services (cloud, data/AI, cybersecurity, modernization) into insurance claims-specific solutions and value propositions.
  • •Act as the primary pre-sales Claims SME during complex, large-deal pursuits; provide P&C and L&A domain and technology expertise in client meetings, workshops, and proposals.
  • •Shape commercial and solution constructs across underwriting, claims, policy administration, and regulatory reporting, including NAIC.
  • •Build ecosystem partnerships with alliance partners and ISVs, commercialize proprietary insurance industry assets and accelerators, and support thought leadership and pipeline growth.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in P&C or L&A insurance, with strong understanding of underwriting, policy servicing, and claims value chains.
  • •Experience in GTM, management consulting, or commercial leadership within the IT services industry with a strong C-suite network across carriers and brokers.
  • •Ability to translate complex claims handling workflows into actionable systems architecture requirements.
  • •Experience collaborating with key insurance software partners such as Guidewire, Duck Creek Technologies, or Majesco.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; an MBA is highly advantageous.
