Key Responsibilities

  • •Support supervised deal teams to identify, analyze, execute, and monitor EMEA Real Estate Finance transactions.
  • •Assist VP/D/ED cohort with origination and execution processes, including due diligence, modelling, credit application preparation, KYC, settlement, and monitoring.
  • •Provide analytical and procedural support for new credit applications and ongoing credit monitoring, including sourcing information and preparing reports.
  • •Support onboarding and closing activities by coordinating with internal teams (KYC, OAD, Legal, Compliance) and external parties (valuers, attorneys, agents).
  • •Assist portfolio managers with ongoing transaction monitoring and preparation of annual review and consents/amendments/waivers materials.
