Key Responsibilities

  • •Align manufacturing processes (WI and routing) with the production plan and procedures to maintain manufacturing standards.
  • •Prepare chemical solutions for titration and support laboratory testing using standardized methods.
  • •Test and analyze samples with X-ray fluorescence (XRF), colorimeter, and titration analysis; lead and monitor analytical data from laboratory testing.
  • •Maintain, calibrate, and clean equipment, and provide standard testing setups to support the laboratory.
  • •Ensure compliance with relevant laws/regulations and company codes; enforce environment, health and safety in manufacturing; support investigations and provide solutions when technological changes affect supply.
