Key Responsibilities

•Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations and servers, including web servers, to support business processing needs.
•Perform software installations and OS upgrades, scheduling changes and maintaining them in accordance with IT policies and procedures.
•Monitor and tune systems for optimum performance and maintain workstation/server data integrity through appropriate software and hardware solutions.
•Ensure data/media recoverability using system backups and database archive operations, and support media management and retrieval.
•Develop and maintain operating procedures and configuration documentation; conduct hardware/software audits to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma.
