Key Responsibilities

  • •Acquire System Integrators, advisory firms, and boutique consulting shops to grow the referral motion that brings new customers to Ramp.
  • •Define how implementation work is routed to System Integrator partners, including qualification criteria and intake logic for sales.
  • •Develop partner campaigns, co-branded playbooks, and collateral to support the GTM engine.
  • •Translate program learnings into playbooks, contracts, tooling, and quality assurance infrastructure to scale the partner network.
  • •Create a holistic strategy to acquire the right partners, grow the referral pipeline, and automate processes to make the program scalable.

Key Requirements

  • •6–10 years in partnerships, channel operations, or professional services with a track record of building programs, not just managing.
  • •Experience scaling partner delivery or a channel program with fluency across commercial, operational, and technical sides.
  • •Comfort designing a process from scratch and pressure-testing existing processes.
