Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close to ensure accurate, on-time reporting. Own and maintain the general ledger, oversee reconciliations, and develop internal controls to keep the company audit-ready year-round. Prepare financial statements and support investor reporting, partner with external auditors, and manage a team of at least two. Also support acquisition-related financial integrations and foreign entity support for consolidation.
