Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with clients and domain/value stakeholders to identify opportunities, quantify value potential, and prioritize initiatives.
  • •Build the value hypothesis and business case during shaping and set the baseline for measurable outcomes.
  • •Analyse value pools, strategic priorities, operational constraints, and feasibility to determine where AI creates the greatest impact.
  • •Sequence initiatives by value and feasibility, and support the prioritization case to the client.
  • •Track realized benefits against projections through delivery gates and report transparently; recommend stop, re-scope, or re-prioritisation when value is no longer achievable.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in strategy consulting, business transformation, value engineering, or a strong finance background.
  • •Solid financial modelling capability and comfort working with incomplete data.
  • •Understanding of AI value drivers with enough technical fluency to challenge estimates sensibly.
  • •Experience with benefits realisation where benefits were actually measured afterwards.
  • •Clear written and verbal reasoning that can stand up under stakeholder scrutiny.
