Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Derivative Portfolio Management, Derivative Trading, Legal, Treasury, Investment Accounting, and external counterparties for end-to-end derivative processing.
  • •Manage derivative trade events including settlements, margin/collateral requirements, cash activity, and counterparty interactions.
  • •Ensure accurate trade and data flow across execution, booking, confirmation, accounting, and reporting via booking reviews, reconciliations, and legal documentation.
  • •Apply knowledge of ISDAs, CSAs, MCAs, and other trading agreements to manage third-party service providers and resolve complex operational issues.
  • •Drive risk management and continuous improvement; depending on experience, support FX/Swap pre- and post-trade activities including affirmations and settlements via platforms such as CLS TradeMonitor and GTSS.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent education and relevant professional experience).
  • •1+ years of investment operations or relevant professional experience (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of derivative post-trade workflows and/or experience with systems such as MarkitWire/MTM, triResolve, Acadia, PAM/PFI, or GTSS (preferred).
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required), with VBA and/or SQL experience a plus.
  • •Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
