Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare interventions by joining weekly meetings, reviewing weekly intervention planning, and checking the parts and consumables needed to complete the job.
  • •Perform some interventions on assigned equipment according to received instructions (quotes, orders, operating procedures).
  • •Identify equipment malfunctions and establish initial machine diagnostics.
  • •Write intervention reports for each operation and have them signed by clients, summarizing gathered data and factual observations and sharing any recommendations with support.
  • •Operate in an itinerant capacity supporting service excellence for customers across Ile-de-France while reporting to the operational team lead at the Bagneux agency.

Key Requirements

  • •You are a hands-on field professional, passionate about climate engineering and eager to join a manufacturer.
  • •You have strong knowledge in refrigeration and in managing air-conditioning applications, including electricity and hydraulic/aeraulic networks.
  • •You hold a diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Energy, or Climate Engineering.
  • •You have the refrigerant handling aptitude certificate (catégorie 1).
  • •You have good interpersonal skills and an analytical mindset, and you are autonomous, responsible, and organized; you’re open to itinerant work with some overnight stays and on-call duties (1 week out of 6 or 8).
