Job Summary

Join Tamara’s In-store Operations team to acquire new merchants across partner store locations. You’ll proactively reach out, build relationships, and run on-site demonstrations to secure partnerships. Guide merchants through application and onboarding, while gathering market intelligence on competitors, merchant feedback, and in-store materials visibility to inform strategy and product development. This is a hands-on role ideal for an energetic, proactive builder.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and approach potential merchants at their physical store locations to introduce Tamara’s services and partnership benefits.
•Establish and nurture strong relationships with merchants by understanding their needs and challenges.
•Conduct in-person product or service demonstrations and address merchant concerns to secure partnerships.
•Collect and report market insights, competitor activities, and merchant feedback to support strategy and product development.
•Guide interested merchants through application and onboarding to enable successful long-term partnerships.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
•Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
•Stakeholder management skills and CRM proficiency.
•Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
