Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate conventional, stock pickers, reach trucks, tuggers, and walkie stackers, including getting on/off equipment throughout the shift.
  • •Use visual management and safety alerts while moving inventory in/out of production and warehouse areas.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning parts to and from proper locations, using the RF device and WM system.
  • •Right-size/consolidate inventory to 80% utilization using the correct LPN types and storage media.
  • •Perform daily forklift inspections, maintain assigned equipment, support 6S/housekeeping, and complete required paperwork/check sheets.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent experience).
  • •Forklift license (MTD/SBD forklift license) and ability to complete forklift training classes.

  • •Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently and work standing/walking for extended periods.
  • •Ability to use an RF gun and maintain inventory accuracy by scanning parts to/from proper locations.
