Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain working knowledge of the NBCU AP control framework and end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.
  • •Partner with a BPO provider to monitor service delivery using process metrics and KPIs.
  • •Resolve or advance issues coming through the Accounts Payable Helpdesk and work with vendors, finance teams, and internal customers on escalated issues.
  • •Recommend process improvement and technology opportunities to the Global P2P Global Process Owner and operationalize standardization initiatives.
  • •Ensure compliance with policies/procedures and regulatory/audit requirements; support audits and prepare/review desktop procedure updates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years’ experience in a P2P (procure-to-pay) environment.
  • •Working knowledge of financial controls with varied experience across P2P areas.
  • •Exhibit a high degree of customer service.
  • •BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • •CPA or MBA desirable; Lean Six Sigma certification (e.g., green belt, black belt, master black belt) desirable.
