Job Summary

Own and oversee the Order-to-Cash functional area within Levi Strauss’ IT strategy and roadmap. Monitor ERP best practices, contribute to a reliable ERP setup for end users, and partner with business and IT leaders to resolve issues and deliver business solutions. Lead planning and break/fix, enhancements, and project workload across onsite, offshore, and global teams, coordinating with ERP competency and third parties.

•Provide oversight for the functional area to ensure solutions align with IT strategy, roadmap, and appropriate support coverage.
•Monitor ERP industry trends and best practices for the assigned domain area.
•Contribute to a robust, reliable, and effective ERP environment for users based on established service levels.
•Partner with business and IT leaders to facilitate issue resolution and deliver business solutions in a fast-paced environment.
•Manage onsite, offshore, and global teams, including third-party service providers, and plan workload across break/fix, enhancements, and projects.

Salary: PLN 253,100 - 337,400 annually

Key Requirements

•BS or Engineering degree.
•Minimum 12 years of IT experience supporting business systems, including at least 10 years of ERP experience with multiple implementation projects.
•Exposure to S4 Fashion ERP environment and ERP suite domain expertise in the relevant functional area.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong oral and written presentation skills.
•Experience implementing solutions addressing demand/supply shortages using SAP AtP, PAL, Supply Assignment, or stock protection; apparel retailer industry knowledge required.
