Key Responsibilities

•Build an acquisition mix across product entry points, CRM outreach, offline events, and direct invites; optimize join rate and CAC by channel.
•Design and run a weekly content rhythm and interaction mechanics, with hands-on moderation to turn passive members into active participants.
•Convert engagement into business actions (going live, adopting live/lead-capture tools, optimizing the live room) using an incentive system.
•Run tiered, invite-only webinars and a progressive education track, and organize meetups, networking, best-practice tours, and closed-door roundtables.
•Create a funnel-based metric and attribution system and use treatment-vs-control comparisons to prove incremental contribution; advocate contributors and coordinate product/data inputs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years in community/user/growth/creator operations, including hands-on experience building or scaling a community.
•Data-driven mindset: build funnel metrics and use experiments/control groups to validate impact, not just track audience size.
•Strong content and program design skills to independently design weekly cadences, interaction mechanics, challenges, webinars, and offline events.
•Strong cross-functional and project-driving skills to coordinate product, content, and data stakeholders in parallel.
•Working proficiency in English and genuine interest in live streaming, e-commerce, the creator economy, or local services.
