Own end-to-end delivery for Mastercard’s Services Access program, coordinating across teams to accelerate release integration, timing, scope, and manifest definitions. Create and maintain integrated delivery plans with internal and external dependencies, proactively manage cross-team blockers, and provide data-driven status updates as the source of truth. Lead planning and milestone execution across engineering work, run effective meetings, and drive continuous improvements through retrospectives and status forums.
