Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the business case for the Platform, representing team priorities to executives and driving measurable outcomes.
  • •Own reliability as a product discipline, including SLO frameworks and platform health observability to reduce errors and incidents.
  • •Create and sequence the internal developer platform roadmap (paved paths, shared services, self-serve tooling) with developer velocity and adoption metrics.
  • •Define and manage platform backlog intake and prioritization, balancing business needs, technical requirements, and team capacity.
  • •Drive real-time performance and reliability programs by surfacing risks early and escalating with recommended paths forward.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in product management, including meaningful experience as a technical, platform, or infrastructure PM (or an eng/SRE-to-PM path).
