Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, and coordinate daily Shipping and Receiving functions, including safe unloading and storage of inbound raw materials.
  • •Ensure order picking, packing, and shipping documentation is accurate, efficient, and on time; capitalize on the ERP system for timely shipping documentation.
  • •Maintain warehouse inventory integrity through cycle counts of selected items and coordinate receipt of production with the Supply Chain Manager.
  • •Oversee common carrier selection and scheduling to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery; work with freight carriers to establish pricing.
  • •Maintain safety as a priority, support safety programs and legal compliance, and use performance management to coach, mentor, and discipline staff as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Forklift driving experience is required.
  • •Successfully complete the Company’s forklift certification program and follow safety policies.
  • •Read and follow instructions on job tickets.
  • •Working knowledge of basic math.
  • •Minimum 9th grade basic education; high school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
