Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor monthly project progress to ensure project controls reporting cycles are accurate and consistent.
  • •Report planned vs. earned value milestones, % complete, and provide project commentaries.
  • •Attend status meetings, report material status, update forecasts and schedules, and maintain schedule integrity.
  • •Develop, monitor, and update owners of the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), including baseline schedule and schedule basis documents.
  • •Track change orders and assess schedule impacts to critical path and near-critical activities; produce monthly management reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a cost-focused construction project controls role supporting large, complex projects or programs.
  • •Experience with cost loaded schedules, including tracking progress and updating schedule forecasts.
  • •College degree ideally in construction, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Detailed knowledge of industry standards and methods for project controls, including progress and cost/schedule measurement.
  • •AACE certification is preferred; strong communication skills in professional English, oral and written.
