Key Responsibilities

•Hire, coach, and develop a diverse team of high-performing Solutions Engineers supporting enterprise accounts across the Americas.
•Operate as a player–coach by stepping into tip-of-the-spear cycles and adding value close to deals.
•Ensure delivery of technical discovery, solution design, demos, POVs, and executive presentations that resonate with customers.
•Run the team operating rhythm including forecasting, deal reviews, coverage models, and SE impact metrics; use data to optimize time and performance.
•Lead presales craft improvements and programs that scale—playbooks, reusable assets, discovery frameworks, templates, security plays, and RFP responses—while embedding AI fluency into repeatable motions.

Salary: USD 171,500 - 269,780 annually

•Significant experience in presales/solutions engineering or a closely related technical, customer-facing role.
•Proven people-management track record leading SE or technical consulting teams.

•Strong grasp of SaaS, cloud architectures, integrations, and security/compliance to challenge solution design.
•Comfortable with forecast and pipeline conversations and translating customer outcomes into System of Work and platform strategy.
