Key Responsibilities

  • •Effectively manage and collaborate with project stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate and communicate across internal teams to ensure efficient, consistent delivery to the client.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
  • •Verify that project governance, processes and systems are utilized and followed.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience, specifically working with mechanical systems in the built environment.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
  • •Background working in design or construction with a mechanical or BMS controls experience.
  • •AND/OR Background working in a vendor equipment factory supporting quality control processes of mechanical equipment.
  • •AND/OR Background working in commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment in mission critical data centers.
  • •Proficiency managing construction documents including BODs, specifications, contract drawings, C/D/E’s, equipment submittals and RFIs.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, Project, Smartsheets, and other construction project management tools
