Job Summary

Inspect, repair, service, and maintain gasoline, diesel, and electronically operated mobile equipment. Diagnose malfunctions, dismantle and reassemble equipment using hoists and hand tools, measure parts for wear, replace defective components, and test overhauled equipment for efficiency. Maintain records for time and parts, keep work areas clean, follow safety rules, and may travel to the Hermiston, OR shop as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze malfunctions and repair, rebuild, and maintain equipment.
•Operate and inspect machines or equipment to diagnose defects.
•Dismantle and reassemble equipment using hoists and hand tools; examine parts for damage or wear.
•Replace defective engines and subassemblies (e.g., transmissions) and test overhauled equipment for operating efficiency.
•Maintain time/parts records, perform cleaning, assist maintenance staff, and communicate with supervisors about flaws/hazards.

Key Requirements
