Key Responsibilities

•Partner with recruiters and the business to develop an inclusive candidate pool pipeline.
•Define and maintain hiring needs with engineering leaders while understanding technical requirements and organizational fit.
•Identify prospects through research using sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub) and targeted networking.
•Execute tactical outreach, craft custom outreach messaging, and screen prospective candidates.
•Work with coordinators and recruiters to ensure a remarkable candidate experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 224,250 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
•8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including 5+ years of technical sourcing for hardware roles.
•2+ years of experience leading, including mentoring/coaching and leading projects and/or a team of sourcers or recruiters.
•Proficiency with direct sourcing using LinkedIn, user groups, social media, and other recruiting tools.
•Deep knowledge of sourcing for chip teams, including ASIC/Verification, VLSI (Physical Design, Circuit Design, CAD, etc), and Mixed Signal Circuit Design engineers.
