Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the day-to-day client interface for cost management services, ensuring client objectives are met.
  • •Lead estimating and cost planning, including producing and presenting final cost plans and updating them at design milestones.
  • •Coordinate and reconcile changes by negotiating change orders, reconciling contractor data, and supporting change control processes.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, valuations, cost auditing, and manage cost impact, contingency, and commitment tracking.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports and support final account negotiation while mentoring and coaching talent.

Salary: USD 135,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a cost management role within the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards accreditation is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large-scale construction projects with medium to high complexity.
  • •Experience supporting mission-critical and advanced technology projects, including data centers, or equivalent large campus/industrial developments is preferred.
