Key Responsibilities

•Drive the KHMS Zero Loss journey in a designated area and improve process capability through coaching and technical leadership.
•Identify, prioritize, and eliminate chronic and sporadic losses using KHMS and reliability tools; run RCA and UPS for critical issues.
•Own and lead deployment of the Centreline Daily Management System (DMS), including health checks and maintenance of equipment standards and basic conditions.
•Lead change management processes related to Safety, Quality, Engineering, and KHMS, and drive standardization across shifts/lines.
•Execute daily CI routines (data review, planned stops, RCFA, floor coaching) and participate in DDS meetings to report progress and flag issues.

Key Requirements

•Qualify on all basic operator roles within the designated process.
•Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Universal Problem Solving (UPS) and ensure corrective actions are completed.
•Coach operators and team leaders in 5S, Clean-Inspect-Lube (CIL), Centerlining (CL), and structured problem-solving.
•Own and lead deployment of the Centerline Daily Management System (DMS) and maintain equipment standards and basic conditions (CIL and CL targets).
•Write and maintain SOPs, One Point Lessons (OPLs), and work standards to drive standard work and knowledge sharing.
